When registering interest or booking a course with Fledgio, you enter into an agreement with us based on these terms and conditions. A booking is only confirmed once we have received full payment or a signed purchase order from a corporate client.

All course fees must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. For corporate clients, we may offer invoicing with agreed payment terms. Invoices are due within 30 days of issue unless stated otherwise.

If you need to cancel your booking, the following terms apply:

• More than 14 days before the course start date: full refund minus a 10% administration fee
• 7–14 days before the course start date: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before the course start date: no refund

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses where necessary. In such cases, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund.

All course materials provided by Fledgio are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from these materials without our express written consent. This includes slides, exercises, code samples, and written content delivered as part of any training programme.

Fledgio will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website or services, except in cases of negligence, fraud, or misrepresentation. Our total liability to you in connection with any booking shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that booking.

You agree not to use our website in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or disruptive. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the website at any time without notice. We make no warranty that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. You are expected to check this page periodically to take notice of any changes. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
